We want you to love your VYBE products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. RETURN WINDOW You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. WHAT'S ELIGIBLE • Unused items in their original packaging • Items in resalable condition with all tags and inserts • Bundles must be returned complete (all components included) WHAT'S NOT ELIGIBLE • Used combs, brushes, or durags (for hygiene reasons) • Opened or used pomades, butters, and other personal-care consumables • Items damaged by misuse • Items returned after the 30-day window • Final-sale or clearance items (marked at checkout) HOW TO START A RETURN 1. Email vulentemanagement@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. 2. We reply within one business day with return instructions and (where eligible) a prepaid shipping label. 3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it at the carrier. RETURN SHIPPING • Defective, damaged, or wrong items: we cover return shipping. • Change of mind / no longer wanted: customer covers return shipping. A flat $5 label fee is deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid label. REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email vulentemanagement@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original in most cases. EXCHANGES We don't process direct exchanges. Return the unwanted item for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement you want. This way you get the new item faster. LOST PACKAGES If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact vulentemanagement@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to file a claim and ship a replacement.
